How long does a picture take?
About 50 seconds. Keep the app open while it draws.
What is a credit?
1 credit is 1 new picture. The piece list and fit plan need no credit.
A picture failed. What now?
The credit goes back to you. Check the balance in Settings.
How do I restore purchases?
Open Settings, then Restore purchases. Credits are tied to the device ID.
How exact are the sizes?
The room size is what you type. Piece sizes are estimates from the picture, so measure before you buy.
How do I delete my data?
Open Settings, then Delete all data.
